1. Service Description
Whitebridge provides digital verification workflow services for authorized business, customer, contractor, and vendor review workflows, including verification request management, order tracking, manual review support, and digital report delivery.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate order details, maintaining consent, authorization, or another lawful basis for each requested workflow, reviewing delivered reports appropriately, and using the service only for lawful business purposes.
3. Digital Delivery
Reports, order results, and service updates are delivered digitally through Whitebridge order tracking, account workflows, and/or email updates. Estimated delivery times may vary by service scope, source availability, and review requirements.
4. Payments
Payments and weekly subscription renewals are handled through third-party hosted payment providers. Whitebridge does not collect your full card number or CVC in our website forms. Payment authorization, review, settlement, and refund processing may be subject to provider, card network, and bank rules.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Once a verification request has been submitted, processing has started, or a digital report has been generated or delivered, fees may become non-refundable because service work has already begun. Customers may cancel future weekly renewals before the next billing date.
6. Prohibited Misuse
You may not misuse Whitebridge for unlawful activity, harassment, stalking, unauthorized surveillance, fraudulent orders, rights violations, scraping, reverse engineering, service disruption, credit decisions, insurance decisions, tenant screening, employment decisions, or any purpose that violates applicable laws, payment provider rules, or these terms.
