Refund Policy

Whitebridge provides digital verification and report-processing services through weekly subscriptions.
Refund requests may be submitted within 5 days of the first weekly subscription payment if the order has not yet been submitted, processed, or delivered.
Once a verification request has been submitted, processing has started, or a report/order result has been generated or delivered, the service may become non-refundable because work has already begun.
Duplicate payments, billing errors, or failed service delivery will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
Where applicable law or the payment provider requires a longer refund, cancellation, or withdrawal period, that required period will apply.
Customers may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future weekly renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once service access, verification processing, or report preparation has started.
To request a refund, contact support@whitebridge.app with your order ID, email address, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider, card network, or bank.
